This ale is brewed by The Wild Beer Company based near Shelton Mallet in Somerset. It is brewed with orange, guava and passion fruit and Australian-New Zealand hops Cascade, Summit, Melon, Mandarina Bavaria and Simcoe and using alternatives fermentation yeasts to traditional brewing yeast.
This is the classic Belgian wheat beer or witbier (white beer). It is a pale golden lemon coloured ale, with a distinctive, lightly sharp aroma, with slight wheat biscuit and coriander notes. It has a very distinctive sweet, sharp taste, that is suited to a warm summer’s day.
The beer is named after an area to the south east of Leuven, Belgium. Hoegarden has historically been noted for its white beers, having 13 breweries in the 19th century, the last brewery closed in 1957. Hoegaarden ale was first brewed in 1967 by a milkman, who helped out in the last brewery but following a fire in 1985 the Brewery became part of the brewing combine Inbev.

This session IPA is brewed by the Rooster Brewing Co., based in the Yorkshire spa town of Harrogate. It is brewed with American, Amarillo, Chinook and Simcoe hops, plus New Zealand Nelson Sauvin variety.
